Preparation Method:
Measure 200 ml of thick Butter Milk, blend with 2 ½ teaspoon of Mahathri Morkuzhumbu Mix and keep aside. Heat cooking coconut oil in a pan, add mustard seeds with curry leaves and vegetables of your choice like white pumpkin, ladies finger. yellow pumpkin etc. Once vegetables are soft, Stir it with Butter Milk mixture and heat for some time.
