Preparation Method:
Take 200 gm of Mahathri Ven Pongal Mix, add 500ml (ie for 1 cup mix add 2.5 cup of water) of water and cook for 3-4 whistles. Heat Ghee, fry cashews(optional) and pour into the cooked mixture for a glazy ven pongal which is ready to serve.
